With over 15 years of Commercial and Sales Marketing experience, Karen joined Electric Sky in March 2000 and became instrumental in moving the company forward by developing strong organisational efficiency's and maximising revenues on rights exploitation. Karen has a rounded knowledge of the industry, not only in Distribution but also in Broadcast where she worked within Acquisitions at Fox Television. Prior to this she was at British Airways, Creating Annual Strategy Plans, Producing and Managing Budgets as well as implementing direct database marketing.

Ros joined the company not long after it was first set up to manage sales of the ever growing catalogue. During her career at Electric Sky, Ros has managed most of the major territories, selling to North America, the UK and Eire, France, Germany and Scandinavia. Prior to joining Electric Sky, Ros was sales manager for TVF where she set up the distribution arm of the company and also scheduled and bought comedy programmes for British Airways.

Amy joined Electric Sky as Sales Manager in 2004, where she has continued to develop and increase contacts within the International market place. Amy brings with her valuable experience in TV Distribution from her previous job at music and factual specialist Eagle Vision where she implemented a range of sales strategies and managed sales for various territories including Scandinavia, Australasia, Eastern Europe and Benelux.

After living and working in Spain for 7 years Sharon returned to live in the UK and joined Electric Sky in January 2004. Her first appointment was in an Administration role, coordinating contracts, rights and licensing. In September 2004 this was expanded to include Sales Executive for Spanish / Latin speaking countries around the world. This role quickly developed in to Sales & Programming Coordinator, assisting with acquisitions and Producer Liaison. Since June 2006 Sharon has concentrated fully on International Sales and in December 2006 was promoted to Sales manager.

After working as PR executive in the arts and entertainment industry Charlie joined Electric Sky in 2005. At Electric Sky Charlie is in charge of all press campaigns and co-ordinates the company's presence at television sales markets including branded marketing events and sponsorship. Charlie is also responsible for marketing campaigns directed at producers and acquiring new programming and oversees all written content for publicity and web.

Ann joined Electric Sky in August 2006 as Programme Co-ordinator, acting as the main technical and administration liaison with Producers on acquired programming. Prior to this she worked as technical co-ordinator at BVITV for four years, responsible for supply of broadcast material supply to the German-speaking territory and European Disney Channels. Before working for BVITV, Ann was employed as videotape library manager and, later, technical co-ordinator at Flextech for eight years, responsible for supply of transmission material for their cable TV channels.

Martha joined Electric Sky in August 2007 as sales executive for New Media, Airline and Mediterranean. Having worked in production for MTV Networks Europe and on film festival programming in Ireland, she also worked at BBC Worldwide for 5 years with responsibility for Pan-European & Eastern European markets.

With a degree in Film and Television Studies, Victoria began her media career working for an in-flight entertainment company acquiring film and television product for airlines. She joined Electric Sky in 2006 to assist in researching and acquiring new programming.

Joining Electric Sky in 2008, Stella’s main focus is to acquire programming from new producers. Previously, after an initial period at Thames Television in Current Affairs, Stella spent several years in the Record Industry before joining BSkyB. Here she was a Producer working on entertainment programmes for Sky One and subsequently moved on to Sky News. For the past ten years, Stella has been acquiring programmes across all genres for RTL in the Netherlands and the Nine Network, Australia.

Ben has been with Electric Sky since 2006 after graduating from a Media degree at the University of Westminster. He is responsible for all visual aspects of Electric Sky’s marketing and brand profile and designs all ES publicity and merchandise. Ben maintains the Electric Sky website, spearheads marketing campaigns directly concerning programme sales and drives any new media initiatives. As well as his design and branding roles, Ben also project manages the rights management system at Electric Sky.

After graduating from university, Amanda joined Electric Sky in January 2007 as sales co-ordinator. Whilst managing delivery of screeners and post production materials, Amanda also implements online screening and materials access facilities available to broadcast clients.

Damien joined Electric Sky in 2008 as Junior Sales Executive, acting as main sales contact for Airlines as well as supporting the sales team. In 2003 Damien obtained his degree in Chinese from Tianjin University in North China and has also travelled extensively through Central America and Australia. He has recently returned to the UK from working in a production company in Shanghai where he worked as a production assistant and researcher.
